      Understand jurisdictional exposure, cross-border data flows, and compliance implications in cloud architecture. Keith Chatsauka, NETCB's Director for Cyberlaw, Cybersecurity and Compliance, will present this keynote session. Apart from a number of academic degrees (CC[SM], LLB(SA)[Cum Laude]) he was also the recipient of the University of the Witwatersrand Postgraduate Merit Award (Class of '24). He is also involved in the following associations and institutions: ISOC Member, IETF Contributor, OpenSSL Academic [University of Cape Town Voting Delegate] and the South African Quantum Technology Initiative Contributor (Wits Node).
