If you experience any difficulties when registering for an event, we request that you submit a support ticket. This can be done by sending an e-mail message to support@netcb.com, or open a ticket on our Online Support Portal. Make sure to include detailed information about the problem experienced, and attach any screenshots if possible about the problem you are experiencing. Please DO NOT share any password information when you open a support ticket.
